Built in 1905 and extensively modernised in 2023, the five-storey apartment building at Urbanstrasse 5 in Berlin-Kreuzberg houses a total of 15 residential units as well as a commercial unit on the ground floor and offers areas between 50 sqm – 167 sqm.
